Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your website and content. If you leave, we package the site and hand it over so you can take it anywhere.
What if I already have a website or CRM?
We review the existing website and tools, then agree what to retain, replace, or connect. Integration feasibility is confirmed before the work is proposed.
How long does setup take?
We set a launch schedule after reviewing your pages, available content, and required connections. You receive the milestones before work begins.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Website care is $199 per month and covers hosting, storage, maintenance and security updates, backups, monitoring, routine content updates, admin portal upkeep, technical SEO checks, activity reporting, and technical support. AI services and any third-party charges are quoted separately.
Is my data secure?
Data collection, access, and integrations are agreed during setup. Detailed practices and contractual terms are reviewed before live customer information is collected.
Can I cancel?
Website care runs month to month, with no long-term contract. You can leave and take your packaged website with you. We state the notice and handover arrangements before you start.
How does customer support work after hours?
Routine questions can be answered by the AI assistant, with a human handoff route and escalation rules agreed with your team. This does not imply immediate staff or emergency-service availability.
