Business tools

The tools that run your business — connected

A website brings customers in. What happens next is the business: the booking, the calendar, the invoice, the payment, the follow-up, the review. Marez Digital sets up those tools for you, connects them to each other and to your website, and keeps them running — bookings, invoicing, payments, calendar, customer records (CRM), follow-ups, reviews and outreach, in one portal with one login. Not seven separate apps with seven separate bills and seven passwords.

Connected means the work moves by itself

When the tools are separate, you are the connection: re-typing the booking into the calendar, remembering the reminder, chasing the invoice, asking for the review when you get a spare minute. Connected, it moves on its own. A customer books on your website and the appointment is on your calendar. The reminder goes out by text and email, so fewer people forget. When the job is done, the invoice goes out and the payment lands against that customer's record. Then the review request fires — automatically, while the work is still fresh. Every step is on the same customer record, so nothing depends on your memory.

The tools
01

Booking & calendar

Customers book online, day or night. Appointments land on one calendar your whole team can see — no phone tag, no double-bookings, no "let me check and call you back."

02

Invoicing & payments

Send an invoice or a payment link from anywhere. Customers pay by card — deposits up front, balances when the job is done — and every payment is recorded against the customer's file, not lost in a banking app.

03

Customer records (CRM)

Every lead and customer in one place: what they booked, what they paid, what you quoted, what you said last time. When a customer calls, their whole history is in front of you.

04

Follow-ups & reminders

Appointment reminders go out automatically by email and text, so customers are less likely to forget. And when a quote goes quiet, the follow-up goes out too, until it books or closes. Quotes stop dying in inboxes.

05

Reviews

After each job, customers are asked for a review at the right moment — automatically. You never have to remember to ask, and new customers see what your existing customers think.

06

AI customer support

A chat on your website that answers routine customer questions after hours and on weekends — hours, services, prices, booking — and hands the conversation to you when it needs a person.

Optional service, quoted separately.

07

Outreach

Your customer list, working: email capture built into your website, follow-ups to past customers, and review requests that bring people back. The customers you already have hear from you before they hear from a competitor.

Your website feeds all of it

None of this floats free of the website. The booking button, the quote-request form, the lead form that reaches you instantly by email and text, the click-to-call button, the chat — they live on your site and feed the same system. A lead that arrives at midnight is in your customer records by morning, with the follow-up already scheduled.

One login: the Marez portal

Everything above runs in the Marez portal — the real product your team logs into. Your calendar, your customers, your invoices, your follow-ups, on one screen, set up around how your business works. We set it up, connect it, and keep it running; you and your team just use it.

The same portal, set up around the business: a home-services company on the left, a law firm on the right. Jobs and dispatch for one; consultations and intake for the other.

Set up for you, not software you're left alone with

This is not a software subscription with a login and a help page. We set the tools up around your business, connect them to your website, and run them with you month after month. And you're never locked out of your own business: everyday changes — text, photos, services, hours — you can make yourself, whenever you want.

Your questions, answered

Do I have to use all the tools?

No. Most businesses start with booking, payments and customer records, and add the rest as they need them. We connect what your business will actually use.

I already use some tools. Can you work with them?

Usually, yes. We review what you have and agree what to keep, replace or connect. Nothing is ripped out until the replacement is agreed and priced in your proposal.

Is this included with my website?

Yes. Setting up the tools is part of the $599 website setup, and running them is covered by $199/month website care. Text messaging, card processing and other third-party usage fees are billed separately, and AI support is optional and quoted separately.

Do I own my customer data?

Yes. Your customer records are yours. If you ever leave, your data goes with you — the same as your website, which we package and hand over.

A website that works. Tools that run the business.

Tell us how your business runs day to day. We'll show you which tools connect, what it costs, and what it saves you — in a written proposal before you commit to anything.
