This is a draft, not a completed legal policy or live-service agreement. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; final documents will replace it before service signup.

What we collect

When you book a call or request a review, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, industry, website, and what you would like to improve. We also record which page you used, the form type, and the time of your request.

If you tick the text-message box, we record that you consented, the time, and the consent wording shown to you. We do not send text messages yet; the consent is recorded only.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your request: to prepare for your call or your online presence review and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores form submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database, and runs Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile checks your browser when you submit a form.

Cal.com provides the booking calendar. When you choose a call time, the calendar is loaded from Cal.com and your name and email are passed to it so you do not have to type them again. Cal.com stores the booking, sends the calendar invitation, and tells us the booking was made.

Analytics

The site uses no analytics cookies and no analytics service. Page and interaction events stay in your browser and never include form contact details.

Still to be finalised

The final policy will identify the operating business and its contact details, how long requests are kept, who can access them, and the rights available to you.
